Dr. Gallagher and Dr. Lloyd encourage patients to be active in maintaining their health.  In our Physical Therapy (PT) area, patients are taught basic exercises and stretches to aid in recovery and increase range of motion.  For a sample of these exercises, please see the Rehab Exercises section of our web site.
